Our Story

Hello, we're Neil and Jean! We are both based in Nottinghamshire and are passionate about helping people through holistic therapies. Our journey began in different ways but led us to a shared dream of becoming full-time holistic therapists.

Neil's Journey

Based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, I (Neil) have always felt a deep sense of purpose in helping others. My interest in holistic therapies was sparked in the late 1980s when I was working as a civil servant and was introduced to Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Reflexology. This initial exposure set me on a path of discovery that I continue to follow today.

Jean's Journey

Based in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, I (Jean) have always been fascinated by alternative therapies. My journey began in the early 1990s with a course in Manchester where I first learned about the power of crystals. Over the years, I expanded my knowledge, studying various therapies at Derbyshire College. In 2006, I was attuned to Reiki level 1, and later became a Reiki Master/Teacher, which was a significant step in my career.

Our Shared Path

Our paths converged, and in 2010 we were introduced to the incredible world of sound therapy when we learned to play singing bowls and were introduced to drumming. We discovered the profound benefits that sound has on both the body and mind, and we consider the human voice to be the most powerful instrument we use for chanting and humming.

In 2015, we began a year-long diploma course in Crystal Therapy with the British Academy of Crystal Healing (BACH), followed by a Post Graduate course in 2016. The very next year, in 2016, we made the life-changing decision to leave our office jobs and pursue our dream of becoming full-time therapists.

The following year, in 2017, we both qualified as Reflexologists, passing our exams in both Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology.

Our Commitment

Since 2000, we have earned numerous accredited diplomas. We are members of and insured with The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), which only accepts accredited courses.

We are dedicated to Continuous Professional Development (CPD), ensuring our knowledge is always up-to-date. We regularly introduce new methods and techniques into our treatments to provide the best possible care.

Both of us hold an Enhanced DBS check, which allows us to work with vulnerable children. We have had the privilege of providing sound therapy at a school for autistic children and continue to work with several community groups.

We look forward to helping you on your wellness journey.
